Help please

Hi All
I'm new today..
I am looking for advice on two subjects if possible.
I have suddenly started to get loads of tiny anemones growing all over my reef tank, I have ask my local shop who said the should be removed ? I don't want to use chemicals, do you guys have any other advice to get rid of them ?

Secondly
My overflow box is really loud and the wife is going to kill me If I don't sort it out, any ideas on this please.

Regards

Sean

Well if they are tiny, you might have luck with a peppermint shrimp. No guarantee, but it worked for me.
