If I were starting all over knowing what I do now I might just bight the bullet and go all Hannah products, never used any but the po4 checker but if they all work as well as that one then I'd be sold

For now you can buy this-

and get a general idea. The only thing I would say is totally off in those kits is the calcium kit. This you will need to upgrade.

The reef kit doesn't have an ammonia or nitrite test. You could probably get away with just buying an ammonia test, nitrite follows ammonia pretty closely

Well, you should always have ph, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate tests around (liquid ones), but if you are going to be keeping corals you'll need to know calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium.
I would get the API salt water and then a salifert calcium kit and a salifert alkalinity kit, and down the road pick up a mag kit.
