help with mirco bubbles

hi iv just added a skimmer to my tank but it spews micro bubbles into my tank.. how can i stop this happening

Put a sponge on return line so it flows through the sponge.

do you mean where the water is pumped out the pump add a sponge there so the bubbles have to flow through the sponge

Yes have the water flow through the sponge before it enters your tank.
