Help with my set up

I have a 150 g reef tank I have a small sump in the bottom because I got my tank and stand at Petco so there isn't much room in the bottom,I have a reef octopus skimmer and I also have a canister filter. I have 2 heaters and 2 wave makers. I also have lights from a brand called 24/7 or somthing like that. Is there anything els I can get im a high school student so I do not have a lot of money to spend.

You'll need 1 lbs of rock and sand per gallon. That's all you'd need to keep fish.
