Here's my tank. How do I fix it?

I will post water parameters later, but generally ammonia, nitrite and nitrate are all 0. Calcium tends to be a little low in the 375-400 range. Hammer or torch coral (not 100% which it is) hasn't been terribly happy since I got it several months ago. There's a layer of purple stuff that looks a little like Cyano, but it's thick and kinda gummy to the touch. Can't get any coraline to grow on top right - just a forest of some strange algae that has flat plate like leaves. Any advice on how to remedy any of these issues? Better placement for corals? I have two 165 w Chinese LED lights on the tank. Thanks.

You’re doing weekly water changes with ro/di water?
Looking at algae and cyano you have nutrients in the water column that your tests simply isn’t hitting.
