How often and what to feed??

I just bought a Blue Hippo Tang. I have been feeding the tang seaweed. My question is how often should I feed him? Also, I know I need to give him a variety, so what else should I be feeding him besides the seaweed?

The suggested foods in those links are good but be sure a majority of the food types used are vegetable based. Tangs can have meaty foods but it should not comprise much of their diet. They need daily veggie matter to stay healthy and should be a majority of what they consume. Also be wary with this species specifically that as they mature, if there is insufficient grazing foods around pretty much all the time they will snack on your corals. Specifically Xenia, zoos and SPS's.

I feed a 2” by 3” strip on a clip to my 5” tang daily. I’ve tried various brands and for me the one it goes after the most is Julian Sprung's Sea Veggies I’ve only tried the green and purple so far.
