ID please. Growing out of LR. Tank two weeks old and cycling.

New tank cycling for two weeks. This has been on the LR I noticed it on the second day or so. Seems to have grown a little. Comes out during lighting cycle then closes some during off cycle. Tubular shaped worm looking with a bowl shaped tip. Good? Bad? Possibly ID.

I don't think it's a worm. It looks like a zoanthid to me, a soft coral.

Just wondering. I'm very new to this hobby ( marine tanks ) and just wanna make sure it's not the harmful type.
