So potentially trading my freshwater 55 and $400 for a 140 gal tank cherry oak stand 4 pumps 2 sump tanks protein skimmer uv sterilizer 140 pounds live rock 70 pounds live sand and 6 large hermit crabs.

Try to lower the price to make $200 to $250. I've seen tanks like that sell complete for $400 alone.
