Juwel 180 conversion?

Hello! i currently have a freshwater juwel 180 tank with an added rena xp2 external filter.

Can i please get your knowledge on a salt water tank vs a fresh water, and what the cost will be of making a converion to salt water (whats needed etc)? Is salt water allot harder to maintain ?
