Levels off! What do I do?

Hi! I am still learning and my tank is about 4 weeks old cycling still. 55 gal tank, 2 large pieces of LR and live sand. My levels are reading
pH: 7.8
Ammonia: 0 ppm
Nitrite: 0.25 ppm
Nitrate: 10 ppm

They were good yesterday, so I'm not sure what would've caused this sudden spike? What do I do to balance them back out?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am loving to learn about all of this! Thank you!

Test again or take it to a lfs to double check your numbers

do you have any inhabitants in the tank yet?

No nothing at all. Don't want to jump the gun on that one. I think there might be some very small snails that came on the LR, but I haven't seen them in at least a week. Not sure if they died in the cycling process.

did you use a raw shrimp or pure ammonia to cycle?
