Light suggestions for 38gal tank 19" TALL 12" WIDE

I was looking for a prebuilt unit. There are many options for this type of tank.

But most of the "brighter" ones are 15" wide.
These include PC/T5 and MH

The ones that will fit within the 12" are only PC or T5
4 bulb units. I am not sure if this would be enough light

I was thinking an anenome tank

Suggestions??

Kind of going to need wattage of these bulb to give an opinion. Does it say how many watts are on these.
