How long should my lights be on for each day? What time should I set my timers for on the lights?

while you cycle you can just pass on the lights totally. Then when you get fish you can use whatever schedule works for you.

Now the time I use for my corals is 9am blues, then the whites come on at 10am. the whites go off at 8pm and then the blue go off at 9 pm.
