Lights!!! Confused!!!

Ok I have a 40b and I don't know what type/brand/wattage of lights to get! Any advice?? I plan on getting some anemones and if I some how manage to grow some then coral too, if that helps.

depends what types of anemones you want and what types of corals, i suggest t5s over any other lighting system and to be able to house anythign you want in a 40 breader i suggest a 4x39 watt t5ho individuly reflected

i wouldn't plan on multiple anemones in a 40 breeder, unless it's a species specific tank.

Well i was goin to 250 mh :S ... Im a MH and LED lovers, but im a electrical supply owner!!!!!
