If im getting a tank already establised jus going to drain it and move it down the steet the live rock is cured right they dont have to be precleaned or cured or anything like that or do they?

If it's in their running system then it is 'cured' . errrr has the bacteria needed to support biological filtration. Keep it wet, preferable submerged under water (tank water). get it back in asap and all should be fine.

cured means the rock hasn't been left out of water for a time, causing the creatures on it to die, causing ammonia.

If you are running it from down the block it is not going to suffer any die off.
