Looking for good advice

I visited the Texas Aquarium at Corpus Christi last weekend and was completely entertained by a porcupine puffer they had on display. I would like to have a puffer of my own and am only interested in a saltwater setup necessary to keep the puffer healthy. I understand they like to be around other fish. All I have been able to read about this fish is that I need at least a 150 gal setup. The tank at the aquarium didn't appear that large. The puffer seemed about 5"- 6" long.

Am I facing a tank that large, or can I have a smaller setup?

Thanks,

Clay

Something around 100 gal would be fine.. obviously the bigger the better.
