What is your Alk level? Alk plays a large part in keeping your ph stable in the 8.2 range.

You can raise the pH by changing 10% water every day until the right pH is reached.

It's very normal for your PH to be low right after you cycle. The biological process itself drives Ph down. That's why its so important to have a good Alk level. This will help stabilize your Ph as your tank matures. It can be stressful to your inhabitants if your Ph is bouncing all over the place. Pick yourself up an Alk test, its one of the most important kits in the marine hobby.
