i just got my LR i was woundering if i need to add anything, its cured, im getting fish and shrimp soon, i just have to make sure my levels are all good. is that all i need to do for my LR

Your tank will most likely under go a mini cycle, because some of the beneficial bacterial will have died in transport. Add the rock to your tank, test your water parameters and once everything levels out you should be good for livestock.

If you had this shipped to you then it has some die off on it and will experience a small to medium cycle. Dont add anything till it levels off with 0 ammonia and nitrites.

You don't need to do anything for your LR. Just add it to the tank, check you levels as others have stated and make sure they level off. Sounds like you're almost ready. Good luck.
