hi all, i just move a lr from my display to my new nano and there is a bit of hair algae on it. i was think to give it no light at all but was wondering will my caroline algae die b4 the hair kind? TIA

well ive read somewhere that in nature, the pink and purple coralines grow in very dark areas. but dont quote me on that though. but the hair algae will def die off before the live rock.

i thought it would be better to get rid of them that way. dont want to miss a spot and have it grow back.
