Hey guys. I just got a 29 gallon biocube used. I do not have the sponge filter, refugium strainer, overflow tray or filter cartridge as seen here: http://www.oceanicsystems.com/assets/008/27055.pdf
I have everything else and i also have a bag of purigen and SeaGel. Can i just throw these bags in the back without all that equipment and call it good or do i need those pieces of equipment? Will the live rock, live sand and purigen and SeaGel be enough to filter my tank? I am really worried as i just bought all my live rock and salt water and i need to get it in the tank.

Don't you have the pump that goes in the back? Just fill your tank with your saltwater and get the rock and sand In there..

Yeah i have the pump. I got it set up and filled with my rock and sand. So far its running good. Will it be okay if i throw the bag of Purigen and SeaGel in the back and call it good?

That's how I have Myne..no one uses the stock filters anyway they clog up fast and slow down the flow..do you have the top tray on the middle chamber? I have a bag of chemipure thrown in there freely. And a water polisher on top of the tray..so you should be fine as well..
