New 46 Gallon Bowfront! Suggestions Please!!

As well as lighting. I was given this 2x39watt T5 Coralife fixture.
Has the basic 10k white and blue actinic light. Will that be sufficient for fish and mushrooms? Soft corals?

Week since I posted water test results so here they are:

PH - 8.0
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 10
Temp - 79 steady
Salinity - 1.023

So my levels have stayed good for a week now. And nitrates even went down on their own

So I bought these two guys for my first fish!



They were bred at my LFS so I brought the pair home!

They seem very happy and right at home!

Anyone know what kind of clownfish they are?
