new new new dog-faced

hello, I m looking to satrt a new tank a SLATWATER tank fish Only! i was thinking 35-45 gal. can someone tell me what all i will need and a good web-site, or can someone suggest a good kit and link, looking to spend 300-400$usd, only really need help with -tank, tank-top, filters, water movement, skimmer, ari-bubbles? if needed?.... everything but the sand and fish really... help

ok, the protein skimmers do i only need that for filtration or should i also have a bio-wheel going? also will i need air buble stones?

If you have 1/5-2 LBs of LR for a FOWLR, you don't really need a skimmer, IME.

I use a fluvial 304 for my filter.

HOB filters come with a biowheel. Mine is a canister filter.

If it was up to me, i would get a skimmer instead of a filter

I would use a skimmer. Adding a skimmer can stop the unwanted cyano from infilitrating your system.
