I currently have a fluval evo 13.5 tank. I'm using imagitarium Pacific Ocean water as my saltwater. I'm asking who knows the best brand of freshwater I can use to top off my tank. I know RO/DI water is the best. But I do not own a unit and nor do my LFS.

The best you can do is aim towards distilled water. It will cut down on the total dissolved solids in the water itself, but won't be removing everything in it. Expect algae in the tank.

I called a LFS and actually found out the sell just RO water. what's your opinion on that? and thankyou for the advice.

Better than what you'd be buying from the grocery store as long as the price is right.
Keep in mind, getting a ro/di of your own you can make water for like .38 cents.
