new tank

Hey huys i was thinking about getting a little like 10 gal tank and i was wondering when i cycle should i put macro in there or no and i was wondering do clows eat macro or no cause if they do i might put that in the tank with a seperator in tank like 1/2 fuge with macro and 1/2 fish space not in a rush but was just wondering

If you are talking about making this ten gallon tank a main tank I would not put Macro in it. It would in no time over run your tank.. Also Clowns do not eat macro algea.

Yeah.. i agree with Mike. I had a 4ft 55G tank and caulerpa that started out as a couple strands took over half the tank in less than 2 months. Ridiculous.

Also, if you were doing a half and half tank... on a 10G.. that would only leave 5G for fish. I'd say about the only fish you could put in 5G is a clown goby. Definitely not a clownfish.
