High nitrate levels that won't go down. They are at 10ppm, and don't I don't know how to get it to go down

Water changes with ro/di water. A 10% water change will bring nitrates down by 10%.

10 is nothing to get worried about. But theoretically, change 50% of your water and you should knock down the Nitrates by half.
