I think it is done !!!!! Hip Hip Hooray

It has been over 48 hrs. since my last water change and the test results were 0 NO2 and 10ppm NO3 and 0 ammonia.

I'm going on vacation now. :lol: 8O :lol:
 
your subject has a typo :)

for the real test, dose 3ppm of ammonia, and in 24 hours you should have zero ammonia, zero nitrite, and more nitrates.

(assuming no fish in the tank!! )
 
I have lots of fish in this tank, some were added way into the original cycle ( my ignorance) thus making this process on my very first ever aquarium take way longer than need be.
 
gotcha.

so yeah, just keep testing a few more days just to be safe about it. you're either almost done cycling...or done completely. the testing will confirm it.
