I was just planning my upcoming 30 gallon reef setup, and I need to plan out which corals I want.
So far, I really want favite brain coral because I've always loved those. I also really like trumpet corals, so I want to get some of those. The rest of the corals I want are these two packs:
Saltwater Aquarium Corals for Marine Reef Aquariums: Beginner Soft Coral Pack
Saltwater Aquarium Corals for Marine Reef Aquariums: Beginner Mushroom and Polyp Pack
So that adds up to:
-trumpet coral
-brain coral, favite
-cauliflower colt coral
-toadstool mushroom leather coral
-yellow Fiji leather coral
-tree coral OR cabbage leather coral
-button polyp, colony polyp, or green zoanthid
-yellow colony polyp
-hairy mushroom coral or lavender mushroom
-bullseye mushroom, green fluorescent mushroom, or green mushroom
My question is will all these corals work well together? I've done some research on them so far but I just want a second opinion, and to make sure they will all be good together in a thirty gallon. And will all these corals live with invertebrates like shrimp and crabs because I already have some of those in my smaller tank? Thanks!
