A 29 is supposed to be 30 1/4 x 12 1/2 x 18 3/4, so what skimmer are you using?

I think that's a little undersized for your system. 1.5 to 2 times your total system volume is what I would recommend.

Just make sure you can fit it. You are going to need the inside diameter of that 29. I would think it's a tiny bit smaller than 12".

I just got that bubble magus skimmer that Mrx recommend to you and I love it I did get a steal though I bought the 180 and they sent me the 220 by mistake lol

I got a whole half of a house that we are slowly fixing up. Got all the dry wall done now just needs the floor done anyways my wife told me 50 times when I get it done I can get what ever size tank I want yeah!!!! But to be able to afford the up keep and all the equipment I'm probably gonna keep it under 300 gallons lol. Dream tank
