There are a number of products out there. I have had good results with PURA phoslok and Kent Posphate sponge.
Whatever you use, make sure it is in the water flow and you change it out frequently. If you add it and then leave it eventually the P04 that it pulls out will just leach back in.

PWC with RO/DI water that is free of PO4 cutting back on the feedings will help. What, how and when do you currently feed?
