That's a lot of fish for a 30 gallon. The chromis will eventually become 1 as they tend to fight. Scooter blennys aren't actually blennies but dragonets and require a very established tank. I'd pass on them. The rest seems fine, and honestly there are a lot cooler fish than chromis imo.

Yeah I just like the chromis color not to mention the ease of care. What would you suggest, I see online people have the 5-9 inch size fish in 30 gallons fully stocked with other fish.

There are lots of pretty gobies, blennies, firefish (if you have a top), cardinals.

Do you mean fish that get 5-9" or a total of 9" of fish because that rule doesn't really apply to fresh or sw?
