Purple algae bubbles?

Just noticed some of these purple algae bubbles can anyone tell me what they are? Also tell me what to do with them

Cyanobacteria. A sign of excess nutrients in the water column. Commonly seen in new tanks as they cycle.
Siphon it out during water change, reduce feeding to sparingly and minimally, use ro/di water.
