QT Help

I have my QT setup and running with a sponge from my sump, sponge filter, PH and a piece of LR to get it going.

What's the process for cycling this? Or do I not need to? I mean I obviously can test water, but there's no ammonia source till my first specimen.

you could cycle it with a shrimp...the same way you would any other tank. the surface area will hold the bacteria, then you could ghost feed it every so often to keep the bacteria alive until you need to use it.
