I have a quick, newby question about testing. Specifically, what do you do with the 5ml of water that now has the chemicals in it? Is it safe to just pour down the sink? As a third year environmental science student I do tests at uni and there is a specific sink to pour aqueous solutions down that aren't safe to go down the regular sinks. Are our test chemicals safe to just dump into your normal sewage?

I dump mine out with my old tank water in the woods behind my house. The chemicals in our tests aren't that bad to my knowledge since they aren't commercial or industrial grade.

Yeah I figure ten drops isn't going to destroy the ecosystem straight away but I was just curious. I figure the treatment system the waste water goes through is fine
