Questions about new tank!

Well my sister was out at garage sales and she brought me a biocube 28 or 29 gallon tank I believe. It has the heater, lights, and what I believe are power heads or pumps? I don't know much about salt water I just have FW tanks. Is this a good tank or is anything missing from it? It's good in terms of condition and everything.

if it holds water and rock then youre set.

The only thing you need to get for the cube is a heater and powerhead so i think youre good to go.
