i basicly know the answer but just want some reponse. If i start a new tank 125 gal or more and i just fill it up how long before i can add live rock or can i add it right away. some say that it helps to cycle your tank just want your guys opinion

I would let the salt dissolve for at least 24hrs before adding the live rock. The live rock will cause your tank to start a cycle.

yeah thats what i thought i did my other 2 with live rock im looking for the tread with cycleing with shrimp just cant find it

The reason why the live rock starts a cycle is because of the die off. Dead things decay and create ammonia=nitrite=nitrate. Adding a raw dead shrimp is basically doing the samething. As it decays, ammonia is created.
