pH: 8.0
Amm: 0 ppm
Nitrite: 0-0.25 ppm
Nitrate: 0 ppm

Not sure on nitrite here's pic

looks like .25 ppm to me. How the nitrates?

It was solid yellow so 0 ppm

Did you just finish cycling or something? I'm not sure why you would have nitrites with no ammonia or nitrates. It might be that it is 0 and just the lighting is off.

I've been in cycle for 2 weeks come Monday and I was told to cycle w the light off

I wasn't sure if it was 0 or 0.25 I know last night I could really tell it was 0.25 but tonight it changed a Lil and couldn't make for sure
