pH 7.8 (still)
Ammonia 0ppm :)-) )
No-2 2.0ppm (still)
No-3. 80ppm (went back up :-/ )
Specific gravity 1.021

Y would the no-3 go back up? Is that normal in cycling?

What was your ammonia yesterday? Trates will go up as ammonia changes to nitrite and then into nitrate.

As part of the cycling process, trates will be all you have left. They should keep increasing as you cycle etc.

It was at 0 and has been since 1-16... The 15 th is was 0.25.... The only change I have has in couple days is the no-3 (nitrate) the 13th it was 10.. Then the 15 it was 80-160 ... The 16th it was 20-40 and today it's back at 80

Wait until your nitrites are zero'd then do a water change. Add more ammonia and see how quickly it gets converted to nitrate.
