red shrimp

I'm assuming they are salt water. They are also known as Hawaiian red shrimp and Opa'e ula. The latin name is halocaridina rubra. Does anyone have a link or a book for a profile? They are going to be the residents in my biosphere (I'm building my own to see how cheap it is), but my search on the internet only turns up tasty recipes! If my biosphere starts to fail, at least I'll have lunch .

I have no idea. I did a google search as well. I did not get any recipies. Ill let you look at my search results as maybe you will find something more interesting than scientific papers.
