Red slime?

Noticed a small patch of purple-ish algea on a rock. Is this cyano? And how do I combat it? Normal anti algea procedures? I've reduced my lights by two hours. And added de nitrate into my "sump" area for already have some phosphate removal stuff. May need to change it out. Suggestions?!?!?

Looks like cyano, the best thing to do would be to try and siphon as much as you can and if possible increase the amount of water flow. Frequent water changes should also be beneficial
