So I want to redo my rockwork. My flow has become awful as I've tried to keep my candy cane and german blue polyp alive by stacking rock. This has made me want to change my rockwork from the entire length of the tank to a mountain in the corner. Since my tank has been going since November, moving my rock out of the sandbed would release all kinds of awful things into my water.
Any suggestions on a plan of action here? I was thinking about mixing up a 5
gal bucket of
SW and putting my fish in there and moving my corals into my sump, which would not be running of course. Once I got everything moved how I like it do a large water change and begin replacing my critters into my tank. Another question would be should I just continue to deal with it as is incase of upgrading to a 55
gal later on?
