reef safe sea star?

I'm looking for a sea star that is 100% reef safe and not a coral muncher so no crown star! Something colorful.

I have this one in my reef. I`ve also had the linknia stars even though they are a little on the difficult side. Here are some pics of my orange seastar

In the second pic, is the star crossing over a colt?

linckia starfish won't eat clams. They need well established tanks though. I also vote for serpent starfish. You can hand feed them and they are pretty neat to watch, though unless food is present, you usually only see a part of a leg or two hanging out if it's hiding place.
That link you posted is about the hardest starfish to keep. any of the fromia starfish are extremely difficult.
