refugium light - too much?

I recently picked up a Lights of America daylight fixture from HD (which was a steal at $15) for my refugium. It is a 27W but the box claims this is equal to 150W

I am planning on using this on my 5g fuge for 12hr/day reversed photoperiod from the main tank. Think its too much?

I don't think so. My fuge is a bit bigger but those are similar to the bulbs I use.
