At this stage in the tanks developement, no. The only other important factor is the temp. Until the cycle is completed and the NH3 and NO2 are undetectable, you do not really need to monitor much else.

salinity- .023 1/2

If that measurement is coming from a refractometer, bump the level up some to 1.025
