RO just arrived

Got my Ro today and set it up and started running water through it. My question is, Is it normal for product water (di water) to start running out before the DI cartridge fill's completely.

TDS: tap water 165,,,, product 0.

I have kent ro/di system and the di cartridge generally runs about half full.

Thanks, I just found out that if you unscrew the crtridge until it fils and runs out the threads then it works fine.

by the way as most already know it's a barracuda 4 stage RO/DI

I also just found out that if you tilt the RO up so the outlets of the Membrain are up and bleed the air out of the Membraine, ypu will get a lower TDS reading. mine started fluctuating between 3,19,28 untill I bled the air out.
