Salt water mixing?
If I have been mixing a batch of s/w but missed my w/c and allowed the water to sit a week is it okay to use in a w/c still or should I just start fresh?

Should be absolutely fine unless otherwise stated on the manufacturers instructions something like Tropic Marin Bio Actif says not to leave.
As long as it's been kept airtight and is fine as per manufacturer instructions give it a good shake and will be fine
