Seaweed for tangs
I was wondering if it is safe to feed your tangs the Nori. Seaweed from the grocery store?

Have you ever used it? The seaweed I buy at the
lfs
has garlic in it.

No, I live in the middle of nowhere. Our grocery stores don't have stuff like that...only place for seaweed is at my
LFS
in the next county.

I've heard Romaine isn't very nutritious and should be rotated in and out with actual seaweed.

I fed my tangs the Nori tonight. I checked the label and it is roasted seaweed. They loved it and it's less expensive than the
lfs
.
