shaving brush plant

i know the answer is no but will a clown fish host this plant? can i make my own substrate to plant this in? a mixture of sand and CC? any info on this plant will be appreciated. 12 gal eclipse 13 watt CF.

Just a heads up, these can be a very very messy plant if they get unhappy. All those little bristles shed out and it gets nasty. IF the clown were to host the macro, it would probably be to the plants detriment.
