Shells

I have 20 blue hermit crabs that are growing out of thier shells.

My LFS doesn't have any, and neither does PetCo. Does anyone know a good place to get some replacement shells for these little guys?

hm,

i hope you dont have snails. or the hermits will find their own new shells out the snails expense.

Craft store might have shells.

We got shells from our LFS, we found that asking for "Shells" usually made the LFS think of nice polished shells, might ask them if they have any empty Astrea shells from deceased snails those work great. If they still don't have any this site sells them http://saltwaterfish.com/updateddrygoods10.html

They sell them in 50 or 100.

Makes me glad I live near the beach! I don't get there too often, but when I do, I usually grab 100-200 empty shells. Next time I get some, I'll post to see if anyone wants any.
