Shrimp in new tank

Hi, I just wondered, when is a good time to add Tho lovely red shrimp to a new tank? We have been cycling for about a month, our water levels have been ok to introduce a cleanup crew consisting of snails and crabs, I just wondered is it ok to add shrimp now? Thanks

It's not really helpful when you say 'our levels have been ok'...
Specific parameters are necessary.

When your Trates are below 10ppm, throw a shrimp or two in.

You will need to add food for the shrimp and any other inverts you put in a month old tank, but yes, I'd add shrimp to a newly cycled tank if my parameters (ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates mainly) were good/non existent.
