I have a eshopps psk 100h with this be efficient enough for a 90 gal tank with sump?

If you have no fish in the tank maybe, but otherwise, no way. Purchase a skimmer rated for 1.5 to 2 x your total system volume. Just because the skimmer "works" doesn't mean it's doing the job that you need it to do.
 
Use caution with skimmers that large. They can lead to massive evaporation rates if not tuned properly. My tank has a skimmer rated just under it, and I have it at about 50% stock. Works fine. If you are really worried about it, go and grab a 50 gallon skimmer and run them in tandem (or, if you are a DIYer, just YouTube "King of DIY Protein Skimmer". Surprisingly easy to make, super cheap).
