stocking new tank

hi I got a new 700 litre display tank with a 150 litre sump. I am looking to stock the tank and after some advice. i got a female blue throat trigger, a red nobble starfish and a foxface going in out of my other tank. I am now wondering what else would go well maybe a cheap bit of coral in there to brighten things up but not that important. The fish i like are long horn cowfish, long nose hawk, would like a pair of clowns, dwarf lion fish, dogface puffer! !(if no coral), marine betta, pink tail trigger, cross hatch trigger, panther grouper would like some advice on a good mix of some of these fish would love to get cow fish in there. Also thinking of a male bluethroat.

Thanks
